Who are your TRUE friends?
member.jpg
Friends, come in many shapes and sizes. It's very important when making friends that you really get to know the person. Make sure you have some things in common with them like your Faith in God. You want to pick friends that will keep you spiritually motivated and list you up in times of need.

You may have many friends but how many of them do you really trust to tell your deepest secrets? You may find yourself counting in reverse now (20,17,12,9,4.....). Let's face it, most of us only have maybe at most three or four True (Best) Friends! The Bible says in Proverbs 17:17 "A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in time of need." Some Friendships are short and some are lasting. True friendships are glued together with bonds of loyalty and commitment. They remain intact despite the ever changing circumstances that arise. True friends can grow stronger together by praising God together! (Matthew 18:20)

There are many things that get in the way of friendships! Mostly, Jealousy (Job 19:19), when respect is damaged (John 5:7), and when boundaries are violated (2 Samuel 13:11). There is one thing above all else that can restore broken friendships. That one thing is Forgiveness! (Ephesians 4:32)

So, be kind to all your friends, forgive them, and love them, worship with them, you never know when you'll need 'em. And don't forget that in times of need you've always got a friend here for you, God!
